How the award |
The award will part fund the salary of the Mental Health Project Caseworker for one year to give detailed, specialist advice to those affected by mental health including carers. The project will break down barriers to allow clients with mental health problems to access services and to allow them to move on in their lives. By giving good advice their case studies prove that clinical treatment is more effective and recovery time is reduced. It will also assist clients to engage in voluntary work as a pathway to work |
