How the award |
The award will be used to purchase additional shelving so they can offer a wider range of goods, particularly local produce. They have already installed new shelving in one part of the shop which enabled them to improve the lay-out, range and presentation of confectionery. They now aim to extend this shelving throughout the rest of the shop. This will allow them to fulfill part of their long-term project of installing a seating area where customers, particularly the elderly, can meet over a cup of coffee. |
