How the award |
The award will part fund the Support Carnaval Project that develops Gryphon School 6th form students understanding of the French, their life & practice language skill. This develops interpersonal skills and confidence by non-formal learning. 7 Students stay 5 days in a French home,undertake daily tasks, participate on a French float in the biggest Carnival in France, give presentations at the Lycee, visit Mont St. Michel and Granville. The students each contribute £150 and Sherborne Douzelage funds the Granville accommodation. |
