How the award |
The pre-school will use the award to set up a baby and toddler group. This follows comments from local families that there is nowhere to take under 3’s on a Friday afternoon. The group will fall under the umbrella of the pre-school and will be organised by volunteer parents/carers. The group will have visits from health visitors and other professionals to support parenting skills. The award will be used to purchase age appropriate toys and storage trolleys/boxes plus a contribution towards the cost of initial marketing needed to set up the group. |
